As a dedicated Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula serving Chicago and the
northern suburbs, I provide overnight care for families with newborns. I offer expert support during those crucial early weeks, helping parents navigate the challenges of nighttime feedings, sleep conditioning, and newborn care routines. My dual expertise allows me to provide comprehensive physical and emotional support to the entire family during the postpartum period. With specialized training in infant development, feeding techniques, sleep patterns, and postpartum recovery, I provide peace of mind for new parents while ensuring their babies receive attentive, loving care throughout the night.

Services

  • Minimum of 10 hours. Overnight care includes feeding, swaddling, sleep conditioning, diaper changes, cleaning and sanitizing bottles and/or pump parts used overnight, folding baby laundry, stocking diaper changing area.

  • I will help guide you through the process of setting up a successful nursery.

  • Questions about what you really need to add to your baby registry? I will answer your questions and give you my recommendations.

  • You have been such an amazing resource as we navigated all the quirks of newborn life. We know she is sleeping so well because of your guidance and routines which we would have never done on our own!
